Sacramento, 博鱼体育集团 鈥� In honor of National Financial Literacy Month, the 博鱼体育集团 Department of Real Estate (DRE) encourages consumers to explore its tools and resources available to help them make sound and informed decisions about real estate matters, particularly the home-buying process or property management dealings.

The DRE provides consumers a variety of educational materials to help them through buying or selling a home, getting a home loan, renting a property, or looking to hire a property manager to help manage property.

Below are DRE resources for consumers to explore to help them make well-informed decisions during real estate transactions.

Consumer Resources:

  • : Buying or selling a home is big business transaction. Before selecting a real estate salesperson or broker to help through the process, consumers should always verify the license of a salesperson or broker by using . Only people licensed by DRE may represent others in buying, selling, or leasing property. If obtaining a mortgage loan to buy a property or refinancing a home, consumers should always verify the license of your mortgage loan originator through the . Reviewing the status of a license will inform a person about any prior discipline against that licensee.
